BYRON J. HARMON

Byron J. Harman, 83, of Walnut Grove passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 9. He was born on Jan. 7, 1939, in Walnut Grove, to Martin “Alec” and Edna (Jones) Harman. On July 31, 2009, Byron and Sarah Killingsworth were united in marriage and shared 13 years together.  
Harman is survived by his wife Sarah Harman; children, Randy Harman and wife Susan, Ronnie Harman and wife Kristie, Russell “Russ” Harman and wife Dawn; seven grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; step-children, Kim Dobbins, Scott Bryant and wife Miranda; six step-grandchildren, three step-great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other family and many friends.    
Harman was preceded in death by his parents; twin sister, Beverly Bishop; brother, Paul Harman; sister, Mary Alice Looney; step-son, Randy Bryant; and step-son-in-law, Tommy Dobbins.
Visitation was on Monday, Nov. 14, at Wilson-Griffin Funeral Home, Walnut Grove. Funeral services were on Tuesday, Nov. 15 at the funeral home with burial following at Greene Lawn Cemetery, Walnut Grove.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Walnut Grove School - Lunch Accounts, and may be left at the funeral home.
