Daryl Lee Laws

Daryl Lee Laws, 83, of Brookline, formerly of Crocker, passed away Tuesday, June 21, 2022, surrounded by his loving family. He was born April 7, 1939, in Crocker to Thurman and Ruby (Crews) Laws, one of eight children in the home.
He graduated from Crocker High School and on Dec. 27, 1957, he married Maymie Hoff. This union was blessed with one daughter, Natalie.
When he was 18, he gave his life to God. He and Maymie were members of Battlefield Assembly of God Church.
Laws was a general contractor, designing and building custom homes, which he did for many years, loving every moment.
Laws is preceded in death by his parents, and two sisters Juanita Laws-Bollinger and Kay Laws- Hamilton.
Laws is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Maymie; daughter Natalie Carver, a grandson and two great-grandchildren; siblings, Larry Laws, Joan York, Linda Keeth, Terry Laws and Michael Laws, as well as a host of nieces, nephews and other extended family and friends.
A visitation is scheduled for 10-11 a.m. Wednesday June 29, 2022, at Meadors Funeral Home in Republic with funeral services following. Burial will take place in Lindsey Cemetery, Republic. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Lost and Found Grief Center.
