Diamond Jimmie T Leake, 86, passed away Aug. 28, 2020.
Leake is preceded in death by his loving wife of 49 years Melba Jo (Nafus), his parents, two brothers, two sisters, a son-in-law Mel and three grandchildren Justin, Callie and Cayla. Leake is survived by one brother Bill Leake, Grove, Okla.; a special lady Patsy Windham, Brookline, and his eight children: Johnna (Ronnie), Carl Junction; Jimmie (Jacci), Republic; Jeffery (Jennie), Joplin; Jill (Mel), Republic; Jodi (Kelly), Evans, Colo., Jace (Anita), Palm Coast Fla.; Jarrod (Shelia), Springfield; Julia (Troy), Billings; 28 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren, 16 great-great- grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, and many many great friends. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2020 in Meadors Funeral Home, Republic. Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 3, 2020 in the funeral home with burial to follow in Evergreen Cemetery, Republic.
