Donald Hubert Hendrickson

Donald Hubert Hendrickson, 90, of Republic, passed away Friday May 29, 2020 surrounded by his loving family and friends. He was born Jan. 3, 1930 in Halltown, to Otis and Annie (Marshall) Hendrickson. He was one of seven children in the home.
Hendrickson married Monta Jo Goodman, and to this union they were blessed with four children; Brenda, Carolyn, Steve and Lisa. They shared many wonderful years and cherished memories together until her passing in 1989. Later in life, he married Imogene Looney. Hendrickson was a retired propane hauler and ran cattle for many years.
Hendrickson is preceded in death by his parents, his loving wife Monta Jo, five siblings, granddaughter Melissa, grandson Steven Hendrickson, and great- grandson Christopher.
Left to mourn his passing are his children; Brenda (Doyle) Johnson, Carolyn Brown, Steve (Ginger) Hendrickson and Lisa (Greg) O’Neal, seven grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandson, his sister; Doris Breakbill, a very special friend Rayford, who he befriended in Republic Nursing & Rehab, as well as a host of nieces, nephews and countless friends.
A private service was scheduled for Tuesday, June 2, 2020. His place of rest will be at Rock Prairie Cemetery, Halltown.
