Dwayne Blevins

On Tuesday, April 7, 2020, Dwayne Blevins passed away at the age of 55, surrounded by his daughter, Lindsey, and her mother, Teresa.
Blevins most recently worked as an assembler at Loren Cook Company for 19 years. He had a quirky spirit and was known for making others laugh with his unique nicknames. He enjoyed spending time outdoors and watching his dogs. H
Blevins was preceded in death by his father, Bobby Joe Blevins, and his mother, Mary Loretta Monk. He is survived by his daughter, Lindsey Wilkins; her mother, Teresa Wilkins; his dogs, Sally, Sadie, and Nova, his sister, Rhonda Hobbs, and a daughter from a previous marriage, Amanda Blevins.
A private burial was held Monday, April 13, 2020 at Lindsey Cemetery in Republic. Flowers and donations may be sent to Meadors Funeral Home in Republic.
