Earl Edward Dutton

Earl Edward Dutton, 76, passed away Feb. 7, 2019, at Republic Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Republic. He was born Dec. 21, 1942, in Springfield to Earl and Evelyn Dutton.
In 1963, he married the love of his life, Sue Thomson. Together, they spent many years of love, laughter and memories.
He enjoyed working on cars, watching his children and grandchildren play sports, and he enjoyed being the “candy man” at those sporting events.
Dutton is survived by: his wife; children, Tammy (Greg) Waters and Earl (Melissa) Dutton; sister, Diana (Kent) Taylor; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents. Visitation was held Feb. 12, 2019. Services will be held Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2019, at 10 a.m., at the funeral home. Burial will follow the service at Evergreen Cemetery in Republic.
