Harriett F. McCall

Harriett F. McCall, 95, of Willard passed away on Friday, July 10, 2020.
McCall was born Oct. 17, 1924, in Cave Springs, to Venus and Etta May (Chandler) Hayden. Harriett and Arthur McCall were united in marriage on July 17, 1942 and were privileged to share over 48 years together, before Arthur’s passing in 1990.
McCall was a lifelong resident and a graduate of Willard High School. She was a hard working homemaker and farmer. Last year, she was honored with the Century Farm Award.
She farmed, had cattle, and loved to be in her flower garden and tomatoes. At 93 she was still out mending fences.
McCall was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and her two sisters.
McCall was survived by her son, James McCall and wife Lori; granddaughter, Scarlett McCall; grandson, AJ McCall and wife Chelsy; two nieces; one nephew; other family and many friends.
Visitation was from 6:30-8 p.m., Monday, July 13, 2020 at Wilson-Griffin Funeral Home, Ash Grove. Graveside services were at 10 a.m., Tuesday, July 14, 2020 at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Willard.
