Houses for sale at Creekside Meadows, Ash Grove’s newest subdivision

Creekside Meadows, a housing development on the west side of Ash Grove has its first batch of homes completed and ready to be sold. 

The homes were hoped to be single-family starts homes, ranging from $250,000-$300,000, but one of the first homes on the market, a four-bed, two-bath with a three car garage on a fifth of an acre is listed online at a price point of $325,000. The other completed homes are priced similarly. 

At this point a total of four homes are completed with two houses nearing completion.
