JIMMY DALE RUTLEDGE

Jimmy Dale Rutledge, 91, of Walnut Grove passed away on Tuesday, March 28, 2023. He was born Sept. 29, 1931, to Henry David and Ethel Myrtle (Maines) Rutledge. On May 21, 1954, Jim and Beverly Stockton were united in marriage and shared almost 69 years together.
Rutledge graduated from Republic High School in 1949. He then faithfully served in the United States Army during the Korean War. After returning home, he began working at Mid-Am Diary and retired after 43 years.
Rutledge is survived by his wife, Beverly Rutledge; children, Terrie Hudson and husband Jim, Kathy Warnshuis and husband Dan, Michael Rutledge and wife Amy; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; one great-great- grandchild; other family and many friends.
Rutledge was preceded in death by his parents and seven siblings.
Celebration of life services will be part of the morning worship service, at 10:30 a.m., Sunday, April 2, 2023, at Common Ground Church, Willard.
