Julie Michelle Jensen

Julie Michelle Jensen, 37, Springfield, was born Dec. 20, 1983 at St. John’s Hospital to William and Mary (McNeive) Jensen.
Jensen attended Republic schools until junior high, then she attended St. Joseph School, until she attended Springfield Catholic School where she graduated.
Jensen devoted four years of her life to caring for her grandfather full-time. They traveled to many places and she always provided much entertainment to him during his final years.
Jensen is survived by her parents Bill and Connie Jensen, her brothers Billy (Lisa) Jensen, Shannon (Amy) Jensen, as well as many aunts, uncles, nephews, cousins, and a close friend Andy.
Her death came as a shock, but she will be remembered most for her kindness.
A visitation has been scheduled for 10:30-11:30 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 28, 2021 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Springfield, followed by a Mass at 11:30 a.m. with internment to
follow at Resurrection Cemetery, Springfield.
