KAREN JUNE CAMP

Karen June Camp, 75, of Clever died Feb. 20, 2023. She was born May 18, 1947 in Springfield, the daughter of Roy and Dovie Seals. She was a graduate of Nixa High School in 1965. She worked for many years at St. John’s Hospital before retiring in the year 2000.
Camp was married to Larry Camp for 53 years. The two had been members of First Baptist Church of Clever since 1985. During that time, Camp was involved with various church functions, including the women’s ministry group which she enjoyed very much.
Camp is survived by her husband, Larry; son and daughter-in-law, Adam and Sarah Camp; four grandchildren;  sister Debbie; and many cousins, nephews and nieces.
Preceded in death by her parents; son and daughter-in-law, Bobby and Valerie Camp; and sister Donna Oertle.
Visitation was from 1-2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 24, 2023 at First Baptist Church of Clever, followed by a service from 2-3, also at the church.
