Marvin Eugene Hale, Jr.

Marvin "Little Marty" Eugene Hale, Jr., 38,passed from this life July 6, 2022. He was born May 28, 1984, in Springfield, to Marvin Hale and Robin (Blakey) Beach.

Hale attended school at Willard Public Schools and Hillcrest High School. For a time he worked for the Springfield Workshop. Hale loved working on cars, meaning taking them apart, and not putting them back together at the amusement of his family.

He left behind three sisters: Mandy, Michelle and Brandy; several nieces and nephews; as well as his aunts and uncles.

Hale is preceded in death by his parents, Marvin and Robin; maternal grandparents: Judy and Reggie Blakey; and paternal grandparents: Marvin and Ann Hale.

Visitation was at 2:30-3:30 p.m. Monday, July 11, 2022, at Walnut Lawn Funeral Home, Springfield. Funeral services to celebrate life followed. He was laid to rest at 5 p.m. at Liberty Cemetery, Greene County.

His care has been entrusted to Walnut Lawn Funeral Home, Ltd. DeGraffenreid-Wood Crematory.
