Marvin Ray Anderson

Marvin Ray Anderson, 62, of Avilla, passed away Jan. 22, 2020 in Joplin. Anderson was a longtime cook in restaurants and truck stops. He was born Sept. 23, 1957, in St. Louis to Marvin E. and Ruby J. Dotson Anderson.
He is survived by: brothers, Jerry, Kenny and Johnny; and sisters, Carolyn, Delores and Margie.
Graveside services were conducted Jan. 26, 2020 at 2 p.m. in the Avilla Cemetery with Chaplain Jack Betts officiating under the direction of Birch Funeral Home, Ash Grove.
