Nora Evelyn Harrison

Nora Evelyn Harrison, 100, of Ash Grove, passed away Feb. 25, 2019, at the Willard Care. She was born April 14, 1918, in Myrtle to George D. and Ella (Cantrell) Crase.
She was married to Joe Harrison in 1942. She was a member of Ash Grove Bible Baptist Church, VFW 2293 Auxilliary. She was a seamstress for many years and a homemaker for her family. She loved quilting and family members had at least one of her quilts. Cooking was a favorite pastime, she loved feeding her family when they showed up at her home.
She was preceded in death by: her parents; husband, Joe in 1990; four children; and a step son.
Harrison is survived by: sons, Joe W. Harrison of Kenai, Alaska and David Harrison of Lake of the Ozarks; seven grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren.
Services were held March 2, 2019, in Ash Grove Bible Baptist Church. Burial followed in Ash Grove Cemetery under the direction of Birch Funeral Home in Ash Grove.
