TERRI SHANKS

Terri Shanks, of Bruner, formerly of Willard passed away in her sleep on Sept. 17, due to her existing heart condition complicated by her continued fight with lung cancer. She was born Aug. 19, 1953, the ninth child of Laddie and Mary Shanks.
She is survived by her daughters, Randi (Andy) Iorg with whom she resided and Jamie Rainey; three grandsons; two great-granddaughters; brothers, Pat (Carolyn) Shanks and Mike (Diana)Shanks; sisters, Bobbi Jameson and Scotti (Gene) Inmon; brothers in-law, Bill Fullerton and Tom Drake; sister-in-law, Becky Shanks; as well as other extended family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a grandson, Cole Iorg; brothers, Bennett Shanks, David Shanks and Jimmy Shanks; sisters, Ellen Brayfield, Becky Fullerton, Carmen Bein and Sandi Drake; and two nephews.
The family invites everyone to share memories from 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 20, in Greenlawn Funeral Home, North, Springfield. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 21, also in the funeral home.
