THELMA ETHERIDGE

Thelma Etheridge, 96, passed away on Nov. 4. She was born March 19, 1926, to Frank and Maude Blanton near Republic. She attended Republic schools and worked for Hagale Garment Factory before marrying the love of her life, Harold Etheridge. Together they had two children, Gary and Sandy.
Etheridge is survived by her son Gary (Debra) Etheridge and daughter Sandy (David) Deragowski; four grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband Harold; parents; three brothers and three sisters.
Etheridge was a devoted member of First Baptist Church of Brookline.
Visitation was at First Baptist Church of Brookline on Wednesday, Nov. 9. The funeral followed with burial at Brookline Cemetery.
