Verba Lee Horner

Verba Lee Horner, 85, Billings passed away Friday, June 17, 2022, in her home, after a long illness. She was born in Polk County on June 20, 1936 to Boyd and Flora (Clark) Choate. Horner was a retired waitress and a member of the Red Hat Club.
Horner was preceded in death by her parents, husband Donald E. Horner, son-in-law Randy Hayes, sister Reva, and brothers Hershel, Marshal, Bonnie and Bobby.
She is survived by daughter Connie Hayes and numerous nieces, nephews, great- and great-great nieces and nephews.
Graveside services were at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, June 21, 2022, at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. No viewing or visitation is planned.
