Wendy Marie Cotter

Wendy Marie “Winny Pooh” Cotter, 46, Bois D’Arc, passed away Aug. 28, 2020, after a long illness. She was born March 4, 1974, in Springfield, to Don and Ellen (Green) Cotter. Cotter loved her life and spending time with her family. Cotter was preceded in death by her grandpa Orville Green; her grandma Alice Marie Green-Rogers; her brother Lesley Joe Cotter; and her natural father Joe Bill Long. Cotter is survived by her three children: Kabra Grabill, Kaden and Kelsie Frank, four grandchildren, her parents Don and Ellen Cotter; and her brother James Ray Cotter. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2020, at Greenlawn Funeral Home North, with burial to follow at Yeakley Chapel Cemetery. Visitation was Tuesday evening from 5-7 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Yeakley Chapel Cemetery.
