WILMA RUTH (TERRY) KEY

Wilma Ruth (Terry) Key, 94, of Republic passed away on Nov. 20, 2023.  She was born Dec. 19,1928 in Pontiac, Mich. to James Thurston and Jewel (Hamlett) Terry.
On Dec. 13, 1947, she married Harold Key and to this union two children were born.
She was a member of Blades Chapel Church, where she enjoyed playing the piano at worship services for many years.
She is survived by a son, Dennis H. Key; son-in-law, Michael Ledbetter; and brother, Jerry W. Terry; as well as three granddaughters and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and her daughter, Cheryl Ledbetter.
A graveside service was held on Monday, Nov. 27, at Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Springfield, with Pastor Bruce Baker officiating.
