Ash Grove FFA hosts annual beef seminar, steak feed

“Beef” was the name of the game the evening of Thursday, March 6, as the Ash Grove FFA chapter hosted its annual Beef Seminar at the high school cafeteria. A lovely steak dinner was only one highlight of the evening which also included presentations on the Mo Beef for Mo Kids program, cattle progeny talk and even a long-term weather forecast. The event also offered a trade show of sorts, via vendor booths lining the dining hall.
