Darrell McLemore

Darrell McLemore, 62, suddenly passed from this world on Thursday, Feb. 11, 2021. He had recently moved to the Morrisville/Brighton area after living 20 years in Clever.
McLemore was born Aug. 30, 1958 in Midland, Texas to Clifford and Maxine (Richardson) McLemore. His family moved to several states, but settled in California for much of his life.
He moved to New Mexico in his late thirties, and there met Catherine Cormack Crawley. They moved to Missouri in 2000, and were married on June 22, 2001. They remained devoted to each other since. They had sold their home in Clever three weeks prior to his death, and were planning to build a new home on land they bought near Brighton.
McLemore was a painter by trade, and loved building and fixing things. He was also an avid square dancer.
McLemore was preceded in death by his parents, and his granddaughter Etta Crawley.
He is survived by his wife Catherine, a sister, Mary Sue (Rick) Kirichenko of Benicia, Calif., two children with his former wife Lori, Marshall (Jenny) McLemore and Kori McLemore, both of Kalispell, Mont., his stepdaughter Emily Crawley Sibet and her two sons, his stepson Evan (Ashley) Crawley and their daughter and son.
McLemore is also survived by his sister-in-law Becky Carter and her husband Harold, along with two nephews, two nieces, six great-nephews, and two great nieces.
