Jason A. Hawkins

Jason A. Hawkins, 38, of Republic, passed away at his mother’s home on April 17, 2021. He was born Nov. 8, 1982 in Paris, Ill. to Steve and Elaine (Mathews) Hawkins, the third of four children. Hawkins graduated from Republic High School in 2003. He was a jack of all trades, and a skilled mechanic. He had three beautiful daughters, Bailey, Courtney and Gracey. He is preceded in death by his grandparents.
Hawkins is survived by his parents, daughters; Bailey, Courtney and Gracey; siblings Justin, Janella and Jeremy; nieces; Serenitie and Trinity; nephew Tallon, as well as other extended family and friends.
A visitation was scheduled for 5-7 p.m. Monday, April 26, 2021 in the chapel at Meadors Funeral Home in Republic with services to be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 27, 2021, also at Meadors Funeral Home.
