JEFFREY “JEFF” DANIEL NORRIS

Jeffrey “Jeff” Daniel Norris, 64, of Marionville passed away on Friday, Dec. 29, 2023, from a presumed heart attack. He was born Sept. 26, 1959, in Monett, the son of Doyle and Janet (Rupert) Norris.
He was a 1977 graduate of Marionville High School. He will be best remembered in the community for the love he shared with countless children he encountered during his 25-year tenure at Marionville Schools.
He is survived by his kids, Caleb and Sarah Norris plus Huck his favorite grand-dog of Marionville; his mother, Janet; two brothers, Mike Norris of Marionville and David (Teri) Norris of Battlefield; along with many nieces, nephews, and countless others he impacted.
He was preceded in death by his father, Doyle Norris.
A visitation under the direction of Williams Funeral Home in Marionville was held on Tuesday, Jan. 2, at the Marionville High School gymnasium with a funeral service after in the gymnasium. Burial followed in the Marionville IOOF Cemetery.
