JIMMIE ANN (BLADES) SUTTER

Jimmie Ann (Blades) Sutter, 98, of Republic passed away on Feb. 24, 2024, surrounded by her family. She was born on July 4, 1925, to Everett and Mabel (Stowe) Blades in Republic.
She graduated from Republic High in 1942.
She is survived by her daughter, Paula (Garner) Parks and her husband Gary of Springfield; daughter-in-law, Patsy (Gold) Garner of Marionville; her sister Rosalene (Blades) Stewart of Republic; sister in-law, Rosemary Blades of Kimberling City; her five grandchildren and their spouses; two nephews; one niece; her great-grandchildren 14 great-grandchildren and their spouses; and seven great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Jack Sutter; her sister, Betty (Blades) Shapiro; two brothers, Ray and Wallace Blades; nephew George Cano; and her son, Allen Garner.
A graveside service to honor her life was held on Feb 8, at Mt. Olive Cemetery in Marionville.
