LARRY DONALD RAINEY

Larry Donald Rainey. 75, of Republic passed away on Saturday, Nov. 9, 2024, after a hard fought battle with cancer. He was born on Oct. 25, 1949; the son of Arthur D. Rainey, Sr. and Mary Lee (Barnett) Rainey.
He graduated from Republic High School in 1967 and was drafted and served as a mechanic in the Army.
He is survived by his daughter, Brandi (Kevin) Easterday; his son, Joshua; his grandchildren and a great-grandson; his sister, Carolyn (Pat) O’Bryant; and a host of nieces and nephews and friends that were family.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Arthur Rainey, Jr.
Visitation will be held from 1-2 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 21, at Word of Life Church in Marionville with a memorial service to follow at 2 p.m.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Meadors Funeral Home in Republic.
