Paul A. Fitzgerald II

Paul A. Fitzgerald II, of Republic, formerly of Canton, Mass. passed away on Friday, March 12, 2021, with his loving wife by his side, at the age of 51 years 11 months and 27 days. Fitzgerald was born on Thursday, March 13, 1969 to Paul Sr. and MaryEllen (Murphy) Fitzgerald in Cambridge, Mass. He was the second child in a household of four children.
He graduated in 1987, from Cardinal Spellman High School in Brockton, Mass. and then went on to attend Bridgewater State College. He married Amanda Sprague on March 18, 2006 and she brought to the marriage three beautiful children, Bryan, Heather and KaseyJames “KJ”. Paul and Amanda relocated to Missouri in 2011 to be closer to family. Upon relocating to Missouri, he took a position in the finance department at USAA, where he has worked for the past 10 years.
He is preceded in death by both his maternal and paternal grandparents and a brother, Daniel Fitzgerald.
He is survived by his loving wife, Amanda, children; Bryan Davis, Heather Davis and KaseyJames “KJ” Fitzgerald, his parents, Paul and MaryEllen; siblings, Maureen Morgan and her husband Bob, and Kristen and Stu Hooten, as well as a host of nieces, nephews and other extended family and countless friends.
A celebration of life service will be held, at a later date, back in his hometown.
