Russell Eugene Palmer, 65, passed away on Monday, Dec. 8, 2025, at his home in Ash Grove. He was born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa on Monday, Aug. 22, 1960; son of Kenneth and Sally (Morris) Palmer.
He has been cremated at his request. No services are planned at this time. Arrangements are under the personal care and direction of Lakin Funeral Home in Pierce City.
