RUTH NADINE WILLIAMS

Ruth Nadine Williams, 92 of Springfield passed away Monday, Jan. 1, 2024. She was born on Oct. 14, 1931, to Marvin and Nellie Helton Leigh near Plano. She was welcomed by four siblings, Hildred (Garoutte), Bill Leigh, Reva (Ryker), and Alma (Gallion).
She was a cashier for many years for Ralph Brown and Piggly Wiggly grocery stores and then for the student cafeteria at MSU.
She is survived by a niece and six nephews, as well as many extended family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband Lloyd, her parents and her four siblings.
No services are planned per her own wishes.
