WILMA DORIS (SANFORD) TAYLOR

Wilma Doris (Sanford) Taylor, 92, of Fayetteville passed away peacefully on Saturday, Jan. 27, 2024.  She was born March 3, 1931, in Holdenville, Okla.
She married Fred Taylor and together they shared many great adventures traveling and living all over the country.  She enjoyed a long rewarding career with the telephone company, Southwestern Bell, retiring after 35 years. 
She is survived by her daughter, Jana Dupre; stepdaughters, Susan Carter and Kim Whitford; stepsons, Jeff Taylor and Tim Taylor; two granddaughters; four grandsons; and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred; brother, James Sanford and son, Brent Hemingway.
Visitation will be 5-6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 31, at Wilson-Griffin Funeral Home in Ash Grove.
