Ned West, 87, Republic, passed away on Nov. 24, 2020. He was born April 30,1933 to Alba and Mildred (Tompkins) West in Republic. He graduated from Republic High School in 1951, and he went on to serve his country in the Air Force from 1951 to 1955.
