AG Healthcare Facility gets safety award

Ash Grove Healthcare Facility (AGHCF), owned and operated by Citizens Memorial Health Care Foundation (CMH), has received the 2019 award for Outstanding Achievement in Safety from American Safety Management, Inc. (ASM).
ASM is a management consulting firm specializing in employee safety, workers’ compensation and Occupational Safety and Health Administration compliance.
“This award puts us in an elite group throughout the nation. Safety is one of CMH’s core values and our team is committed to staff and resident safety and it shows. Thank you to all of the AGHCF staff for your hard work,” says Gene Vestal, AGHCF administrator.
According to David J. Fromm, president of ASM, the award recognizes health care facilities for employee safety performance during the 2019 policy year.
In addition to AGHCF, CMH Foundation long-term care facility Parkview Health Care Facility, Bolivar, was also recognized.
