Ash Grove Healthcare Facility receives award

Ash Grove Healthcare Facility received honorable mention in a recent statewide facility involvement contest. AGHCF is an 82-bed long-term care facility owned and operated by Citizens Memorial Health Care Foundation, Bolivar.
Sponsored by the Missouri Health Care Association, participating long-term care, assisted living and residential care facilities across Missouri submitted newspaper entries featuring their facilities as front-page stories. The entries were divided into two categories, color and black and white.
 AGHCF received honorable mention in the color category. Community Springs Healthcare Facility, another CMH facility, won first place in the black and white category.
 “The entries involve a lot of planning and coordination throughout the year and captures the highlights and activities as a year in review process,” says Chris McBratney, CMH Administrative Director of LTC West.
