Ash Grove High School displays works of art by the hundreds

Ash Grove High School hosted a special showing of artwork by the school’s art students on Friday, May 2. About 400 art pieces were on display in the school’s cafeteria. The work encompassed a variety of media, including watercolors, calligraphy, colored pencil, still life paintings and much more. Some artists received special recognition for their work; Kylynn Thompson was awarded Principal’s Choice, while Athena James and Abbey Lanter each were awarded Principal’s Recognition.
