Dunkin’ Donuts/Baskin Robbins coming to Republic’s Wildwood Plaza

Two more national name-brand eateries are coming to Republic, and they will occupy the same building.  Laura Wanerka, a public relations and social media specialist with Dunkin’ Brands, confirmed last week that a Dunkin’ Donuts/Baskin Robbins-combination restaurant will open in Republic in late 2019 or early 2020. The store will be owned and operated by a local franchisee; Wanerka didn’t say who the franchisee is.
Because the restaurant’s opening date is still rather far in the future, many details concerning the restaurant are still being worked out. Wanerka did confirm that the restaurant will be located at Wildwood Plaza and feature a “Next Generation store design.”
Wanerka said the new restaurant will include several features which will make eating there a pleasure.
“While exact elements vary by location, the modern design, tap system, front-facing bakery case and mobile pickup area are a few key attributes (of our restaurants).”
