Flat Creek Restaurant now open in Republic

Flat Creek Restaurant, an Ozarks destination restaurant, has opened its newest location at 772 E. US Highway 60 in Republic, across the street from Pinegar Chevrolet. Flat Creek opened to the public at 10:30 a.m. Feb. 5.
Flat Creek owners Alan Kram and Josh Rasmussen have a combined 35 years in the restaurant business. They began their partnership at the Cape Fair location in 2015.
Like the original restaurant in Cape Fair, the Republic location will offer a variety of food items, including Flat Creek favorites; catfish, broasted chicken, crab legs, wings, BBQ, steaks, burgers and much much more.
Flat Creek will have a seating capacity of 385 which includes a private dining area that can be booked for groups up to 100. The bar area will have over 30 varieties of beers on tap including its own house beer. There’s also an extensive menu of other wine and liquor choices. Additionally, there is an area designated for takeout with designated parking. Catering will also be available to fulfill small gatherings up to large corporate events.
The restaurant will bring in approximately 100 new jobs to the Republic area and is currently taking applications for full-time and part-time employment.
