Geraldine (Griffin) Foster

Geraldine (Griffin) Foster, 91, passed away peacefully on Nov. 13, 2025. Born to Alta Jewel (Hawkins) Griffin and John Lee Griffin, Geraldine lived a long, full, and hardworking life devoted to family, faith and service to others.
Foster was married to the love of her life, Bill L. Foster, who preceded her in death. Together, they built a beautiful family rooted in love, resilience and strong values. She was the proud mother of five daughters and one son, and her legacy continues through her 12 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren, all of whom brought her immense joy.
She is survived by three sisters and one brother, as well as her beloved children: Lynn (Propps) White, Carolyn (Propps) and Fred Lacey, Lisa (Foster) and David Foster, and Kim (Foster) and Mike Noose.
Foster was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Billy, four siblings, one son, one grandson, and one daughter, Christine (Propps) Colbourne.
Foster spent many years as a dedicated employee of Dayco Industries before retiring. Her passion for caring for others led her to continue working in various nursing homes well into her later years, serving her community with compassion until the age of 80. Her kindness, strength, and unwavering work ethic touched countless lives.
Geraldine will be remembered for her warm heart, her fierce love for her family, and her enduring spirit. Her memory will continue to live on through all who were blessed to know her.
