JOAN RAE RUTH

Joan Rae Ruth, 86, of Bois D’Arc passed away on Saturday, May 3, 2025. She was born in St. Louis on July 31, 1938; the daughter of Ray and Imogene (Dunn) McCulloh.
She is survived by sons, Michael Arthur and Jeff (Charlyce) Ruth; her granddaughter; and two great-grandsons; her sister, Jolene Bixler; as well as many nieces, nephews, and close friends.  
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother-in-law, Cordell Bixler and many friends.
Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, May 14, at Wilson-Griffin Funeral Home in Ash Grove. Funeral services will begin at 2 p.m. and burial will take place at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens in Springfield immediately following the service.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care and direction of Wilson-Griffin Funeral Home in Ash Grove.
