NITA ALICE (JOHNSON) ROE

Nita Alice (Johnson) Roe, 68, of Everton passed away on Friday, June 6, 2025. She was born in Sedalia on Feb. 12, 1957; the daughter of Loyd and Ruby (Shirk) Johnson.
She married Jim Roe on July 22, 1995; they shared over 29 years together.
She is survived by husband, Jim; children: Troy Lee Chevalier, Ryan James (Kaleigh) Roe; five grandchildren and another on the way; siblings, Susan (Charles) Adkins and James Loyd Johnson; sister-in-law, Debbie Stockton; as well as her nieces, nephews, cousins, many other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by parents; son, John Chevalier; and brother, James Loyd O’Hara.
Graveside services, under the direction of Wilson-Griffin Funeral Home, will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at Antioch Cemetery, Everton.
