Patricia Ann Ayers

Patricia “Patty” Ann Ayers, 71, of Walnut Grove, passed away Aug. 14, 2025. She was born on March 17, 1954, in Independence, to Lawrence and Katherine (Barrett) Lynch. On May 29, 1994, Patty and Stephen Ayers were united in marriage and shared over 31 years together. Later in life, Patty returned to school and took great pride in her work as a medical coder at Cox.
Ayers is survived by her husband, Stephen Ayers; children, Michelle Bay, Christopher Hall and wife Jessica; six grandchildren; one great grandbaby on the way; three siblings; nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Ayers is preceded in death by her parents.
Memorial services will be 10 a.m., Friday, Aug. 22, 2025, at Sac River Event Center with a time of visitation to follow.
