Republic’s Wojciechowski achieves Master & Advanced Certification
Todd Wojciechowski, a member of the Republic R-III Board of Education, has achieved Master and Advanced Certification in the Missouri School Boards’ Association certified board member program.
The program, established by MSBA, recognizes school board members who choose to complete additional profes- sional development requirements beyond the 16 hours required by the Outstanding Schools Act of 1993. To obtain his certifications, Wojciechowski earned at least 24 additional training credits, read two books related to school board service, attended at least two MSBA regional or statewide events and wrote a brief essay relating his study to his board service
Wojciechowski and others across the state receiving Master and/or Advanced Certification will be recognized for engaging in ongoing professional development to improve the knowledge and skills they need to function as effective educational leaders in their communities during the MSBA Leadership Summit in June.
The Missouri School Boards’ Association is a private, not-for-profit organization that exists to help public schools succeed.
