Republic Roundabout approved by Missouri Highway and Transportation Committee

The Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission, at its meeting Wednesday, Feb. 6 in Jefferson City, awarded several road/bridge projects to construction companies, the Missouri Department of Transportation said. One of
the projects is in Greene County.
It is located at Route M and Farm Road 103 near Republic. It’s a new roundabout awarded to APAC-Central of Fayette- ville, Ark., for a low bid amount of $1.5 million. The project is a partnership between MoDOT, City of Republic and Republic R-3 School District
Construction on the projects will start in spring    2019.    More    infor - mation on the construc- tion timeline for each project will be announced prior to the start dates
