Sparks in the Park, Rendezvous canceled for 2020

Ash Grove’s annual Fourth of July celebration Sparks in the Park has officially been canceled by organizer Ash Grove HTC. The announcement was made Monday on the group’s Facebook page. Additionally, the Boone Rendezvous was canceled for 2020.
“We are sorry to announce, that with all the uncertainty in being able to safely have large events, we are officially canceling Sparks in the Park and The Boone Rendezvous for 2020,” the post read. “Our next scheduled event will be the Christmas Parade. After that we are looking forward to the Sesquicentennial celebration for Ash Grove in 2021. With plans to make that Sparks in the Park our largest event ever!”
