Star Spangled Bikers

Nolan Kreusel and Rae Allhands enjoy popsicles after the short trek down their street.

Parker Nicholson’s small head was home to an even smaller hat as he walks his bike with the group.

Young Ash Grovians parade for independence

Local youngsters donned all manner of American apparel as they strolled through Ash Grove’s Serenity Valley the morning of Saturday, July 4, for the subdivision’s annual Independence Day parade. Some 30 youth were led by an Ash Grove Police Department escort and trailed by a smoke filled background as they rode bikes and other toys through the neighborhood. Additionally, music was played on outdoor speakers for the group as they rode by the many neighbors who were set up in their own yards in lawn chairs.
