Tracy Lynn (Short) Rennison Dean

Tracy Lynn (Short) Rennison Dean, 62, passed away peacefully on Dec. 11, 2025, surrounded by love and family.
She was born on March 22, 1963, in Kansas City, to Linda (Starr) Short and Gary Short. She later moved to Springfield, where she attended and graduated from Parkview High School.
In 1981, she married Lee Rennison, and together they welcomed two sons, Lee Jason Rennison and Michael Thomas Rennison. In 2003, she married Danny Dean, gaining not only a loving husband but also a stepson, Kenny Dean.
She is survived by her loving husband, Danny Dean; her mother, Linda (Short) Lindsay; her sons, Lee Jason Rennison and Michael Thomas Rennison; her sisters, Pam Baker, Jamie Short, and Cristy Short; her sister-in-law Kathy Rennison Edwards; her two grandsons; her stepson, Kenny Dean; her stepmother, Carolyn Medley; and many beloved nieces, nephews and many friends.
She is proceeded in death by her husband Lee Rennison; by her father, Gary Short, her Grandma and Grandpa Short; and her Grandma and Grandpa Starr.
