Gertrude Lucille “Lucy” Rogers, 88, of Springfield passed away on Sunday, Dec. 14, 2025, at The Montclair Senior Living Center in Springfield, surrounded by her friends and family.
Cherie Ann Hodge (Moss), 75, passed away peacefully at home on Dec. 22, 2025. She was born in Tulary, Calif. on Jan. 8, 1950, to Virginia Lee Moss and George Edgar “Doc” Moss. She married James Edward “Ed” Hodge on Jan. 19, 1974. They had two sons, James Aaron and James “Jim” Robert.
Mary Lea Hicks, 93, of Springfield passed away Wednesday, Dec. 18, 2025. She was born on May 15, 1932, in Bois D’Arc, to Karl and Louise (Baldwin) Squibb. On Jan. 31, 1954, she and Noyd Hicks were united in marriage and shared over 51 years together, before Noyd’s passing.
