The Ash Grove Board of Aldermen learned about a service called First Net, used by first responders, at the March 4 board meeting.
A short presentation was given by a representative with AT&T who described FirstNet services.

The Class 2, District 11 All-District teams have been released with a few Ash Grove names making the cut. The Ash Grove High School girls basketball squad placed three players on the team, while the boys team did not have any- one named to the all- district team.
Ash Grove Pharmacy has two new owners. Brothers Colby and Whitney Grove, who purchased the pharmacy from Terry Ward in January, have taken ownership of the business.
Ward said he decided to sell the pharmacy because he wanted to start a new chapter in his life.
On Saturday, March 9, Wilson’s Creek National Battlefield is hosting a Volunteer Recruitment and Training Day from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The day’s activities will begin with a short video introducing the NPS Volunteer in Parks (VIP) program followed by orientation training on the volunteer program.
