Willard’s Bushnell scores twice in loss; 16 seniors not enough to top home squad

Republic won four medals at the Southwest Missouri Championships in Springfield Saturday.
Bryce Martin brought home two medals, and Seth Lock and Brady Lewis had one each.

Republic’s soccer team celebrated a program milestone early in the week before a district disappointment ended their season Saturday. On Tuesday, Republic beat Nixa for the first time ever, and its 2–0 victory clinched the program’s first-ever conference championship.
