James Darrell Williams, 88, of Ash Grove, passed July 11, 2026. He was born on April 25, 1938, in Springfield, to Ross and Lillian (Simmons) Williams. On Nov. 5, 1961, Darrell and Elizabeth “Libby” Glover were united in marriage and shared over 64 years together.

Billy Gene Ferrell, 88, a Northland resident of Kansas City, MO passed away peacefully Wednesday, July 1, 2026. Bill was born September 13,1937 to Ned and Gay (Snelson) Ferrell of Pondfork, MO.
Bill proudly served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict.

Hazel Joan Fries, 94, passed away on July 10, 2026, at Mercy Hospital in Springfield. She was born on Feb. 25, 1932, in Ash Grove, to George Callaway and Susan Ola Golden Choate Alexander, joining a family that grew to include 11 children raised in a cozy two room cottage on Bunker Hill.
