Daniel Harmon Gottfriedt

Daniel Harmon Gottfriedt, 87, of Billings, passed away on Saturday, April 13, 2019, in Cox South Medi- cal Center, Springfield. He was born Aug. 28, 1931, in Marion, Ind., the son of Virgil C. and Margaret A. (Weakly) Gottfriedt.
Gottfriedt served his country in the U.S. Air Force from 1950-1954, with over a year in Saudi Arabia.
Gottfriedt enjoyed sharing morn- ing coffee at the restaurant in Bill- ings, often speaking many foreign languages with others; and fishing.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara (Burton) Gottfriedt; and his parents.
A visitation was held at 8:30 a.m., on Wednesday, April 17, 2019, in Meadors Funeral Home, Billings. A graveside service, with military honors, followed the visitation at 10 a.m. in the Missouri Veterans Cemetery, Springfield, where Gottfriedt was laid to rest with his beloved wife, Barbara.
