Frances Harriet Jones

Frances Harriet (Brandwein) Jones, 88, of Springfield passed away at her home on Saturday Oct. 2, 2021. She was born in Walnut Grove to Ruby and Charlie Brandwein on Wednesday, Oct. 19, 1932.
Jones was a long active member of Macedonia Baptist Church until her sickness kept her from attending. Once her cancer made her to where she could no longer take care for herself she moved in with her daughter Beth and husband Gail. She had eight grandchildren, six great- grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
Jones is preceded in death by husband, Lowell C Jones, Sr., son Lowell C. Jones, Jr., her parents, brothers Robert, Billy, and Carl Brandwein and sisters Loretta Johnson, Esther Brandwein and Bethel Patterson.
She is survived by sister Mary Becker, brother Harold Brandwein, daughter Beth and husband Gail, daughter Jennifer Carson and husband Richard.
Visitation was from 6-8 p.m. Thursday Oct. 8, 2021 at White Chapel, W. State Hwy. EE, Springfield. Services were at 1 p.m. Oct. 9, 2021 at White Chapel; burial followed. Online condolences can be made at www.klingnerfuneralhome.com.
